i can't even focus on one vehicle, it seems life keeps on demanding my focus elsewhere and it's starting to get to me. Just want to fix the engine up in the porsche, put a nice set of wheels and tires on with an appropriate but not over the top drop, and drive the shit out of her.

Haven't done anything to the Mk2 since I started dismantling it a few months ago. Really need to get on with it. To think, the original plan was to have it done by August for the Mk2 Elite show. And it still needs bodywork, new paint, engine overhaul, suspension, brakes... everything, really.

Then again, I've been on the lookout for a parts car that I can just throw some coils in and slap on my 9x16 Borbets and drive to a show or two and then rip it apart for parts.

Though, I'd settle for a 924 even. Friend's got a RHD 944 he imported from the UK for cheaps and it's really cool.

I toyed with the idea of a non-911 Porsche for the longest time. Really, really considered a Cayman S. But the truck has been pretty damn useful already, it's super cheap to fix/modify, and I enjoy scaring the shit out of Orange County drivers when it decides to backfire.
