Got told yesterday at the doctors that I basically can't eat anything that contains gluten, dairy, and anything that can be fermented.

I guess lettuce is literally all I can eat.

What doctor did you see and did you punch him in the face when he gave you that advice?

Meat may be back on the cards to be honest, it looks like I can't eat peas or lentils which is where vegans get the majority of their protein.

I didn't punch anyone in the face, I knew about the how gluten free and dairy free (I had been told beforehand) but now being told I can't consume anything that can be fermented really really narrows down what I can eat and drink.

No more beer or wine for me. Only hard liquor!
