i have a full weight set and still don't wanna lol. i've lost so much weight and am sooooo weak though.
what else do you need?
I just noticed that this is the longest I've ever stuck with working out and I'm loving it. One of my goals is to be able to get some veins to show on my arms. That sounds like a weird goal but for someone who has always had stick arms, it's a good one.

fair enough. i've never looked into it, but don't know how much that is related to your lifting. obviously they become more noticeable when you lift because you are more vascular and blood flow is increased. but i know big dudes without the vein popping out thing. i think when you see the body building competitors, supp ads, etc it's because they pump to increase blood flow, and then severely dehydrate themselves for the show/shoot.
