200 pounds is a number I'll never see. Im at 240ish now. But I lift kinda heavy weight, so Im ok with that

Drink lots of water and cut out as much processed garbage/sugar as you can.

No shit, I pegged the scale at 175lbs a week ago. 3 weeks of cutting out added sugar and all that bullshit (for the most part) got me back to 165lbs.


Gotta be lightweight so I can kick some fucking asses at the race track this summer (what little I can, anyway)

Well, I've been "vegan" (still eating cheese) for the good part of the last six months and lost 40 odd lbs and got skinny fat, so I'm back on the trend of consuming what macros I used to per day but doing it vegan and it is relatively easy so far.

Back at the gym the last week and just need to get back to lifting next week. Wanted to do a ton of cardio to begin with to just minimize the amount of fat I have on my hips. Always had hip fat, aim this time around is to get rid of that.

I was very much the same way, then watched too many things and did too much research into the way everything is handled here.

I'd never tell someone to go vegan though, I just know that I feel better having done so.
