But, new job is a decent chunk in pay above current, going to be much nicer and much more comfortable.

I should buy a VW or Audi, since my job is primarily to build a VW Audi brand here. So probably 4.2 V8 S5 or MK7 Golf R

Like 120 in the summer. The cost of living here is stupid cheap. In seattle - $1450 for a 1bd 700sq ft apartment. here, $850 for a 1 bed 900 sq ft place with a private entrance and covered parking

Did a little bit of looking and I can get a new or recently remodeled 2500sqft house for 250k w/an acre or two of land and a 2-3 car garage in a decent area. Taxes would be like 250 a month lololol.

I spent less than $1k buying all new front end parts, a front "big brake" disc kit, and a shit ton of bushings.

Yea dude, its crazy how cheap it is here. A guy I know in Seattle was thinking about selling his house for 500k ish, and with the equity alone he could buy a bigger, newer, nicer place in AZ
