The rule is emission testing on vehicles 5-25 years old in King, Pierce, Snohomish Clark and Spokane Counties. Everywhere else is completely unregulated.

Pretty much everything east of the cascades sucks and the people there are the Sand People from Star Wars, The Seattle area is filled with Asians that work for Mircosoft, hipsters, and Dave, and the peninsula is filled with retired folks, loggers and those assholes that think downhill mountain biking is the shit.
