Atkins rotary will build a motor for about 5k.
Injectors and spark plugs are only like what 500 bucks
Mircotec w/display is like 1500 bucks
The turbo he has is like 900 bucks
A tune is 700 bucks these days
Misc we'll say 2400
That's still only 11k
