This dude makes these bars out of nowhere and I happen to come across his next group buy. It'll be a buy for the future of course, as they can be tabbed for a Trueno zenki or kouki bumper. I basically won't have to source JDM OE brackets for the bumper if I got this.

I probably won't end up buying right now. Really need coilovers already.

In talking to parents, they think it's a good idea for me to buy a car that I "want" and I can keep it at their place. Once they move I can tear it apart at their new place and have that project over time. Think that's what I'm gunna do. Now to find a sub 3k E30 vert... That runs and drives and can be my daily for 2 months.
