Don't need to go into service position for the belt. Just have to pull the bipipes, real easy.

No idea what ate it. I suspect tensioner was too tight. New one on the way though so it will all be easily remedied.

how do you read any of that? Google translate?

Edit: is it expensive to ship from Japan? I remember looking at having a set of acs shipped from Germany and it was expensive enough to make it not worth it.

Surprisingly it's not too expensive if you're ordering from a company. It just takes forever because they usually wait until they have a good amount of products ordered before they ship it all. Mainly to keep cost down, so they ship in bulk. From an individual it's not even worth it to be honest.

No idea, when I put it in, it just left wonky.

                    • I say left, I meant felt. Felt like it was applying too much pressure. Regardless it'll all be taken care of.

                      • Thank God you don't have to rip the whole front end off of it, at least. Imagine if it happened when someone was test driving the car.

People make that process into much more than it needs to be admittedly. It takes maybe 10 minutes to have the front off.

I did have that thought though. Would certainly have been awkward.

Yes sir. Generally speaking that is. Every company is different. From personal experience its usually fairly reasonable to ship something from over there.
