Day off "today" anyway, so since it's gonna be guns blazing hot here, I'm gonna work on the Corolla this morning soon.

- Replace brake fittings in rear
- AW11 distributor swap
- Oil change
- Trans fluid change

I haven't had less than 5 since I was 18 maybe? I pretty much leave them all at my parents house too. Sucks for them.

4 cylinder Japanese import is never a bad choice, not sure why anyone would knock it for an idea. You'll have so much free time because you won't have to work on it every time you drive it.

Ah yes here comes Chris again with his "Japanese cars are the most reliable ever". Yet I had an integra that left me stranded 4 times. And a B5 S4 that has yet to leave me stranded.

I'm pretty partial to Japanese cars myself. Factually as a whole, they are the most reliable cars and cheapest cars to work on.

lol so I finally figured out why I was so out of it yesterday. not only was I sleep deprived, and my BAC jacked, I also was running a high fever all day. went home and crashed, couldn't sleep all night, now I have sore throat and headache

Ah yes here comes Kelly again with his "I had an unreliable Honda". Yet I have 4 Hondas that have never left me stranded. (And your Audi never left you stranded because it barely leaves the garage)

It's all in how you care for them, man. And, statistically speaking, they're dirt cheap, easy as hell to maintain, and fit perfectly into your "I need to save money but still need a car for 2 months" niche. It wouldn't be hard at all to scoop up a Civic Si, clean it up a little, then sell it for profit once you're done. It's not like they lose resale value.

Not trying to say that they're the end-all be-all, but... dude, it's common sense that your ignoring because you're too caught in up looking cool.
