        I don't think he's dense at all. I think he gave the shop an opportunity to fix the shit that was wrong. Would I have done it? Nope, not a chance. Not my car though.

            Dense wasn't the right word. There just seemed like a lot of signs that he could have noted before it got as deep as it did. I didn't even read the whole article, but the early transmission parts run-around would have been enough for me to quit their services.
