Kelly, your commute sounds awful. Mine isn't much better.

It's 18 miles each way, on no more than two fucking roads. Yet, given traffic, it will take me about 80 minutes to get home at night. Add in some inclement weather, and it's even longer.

If I take the Metra commuter rail, I have to switch to Chicago's elevated subway to get within a few blocks of my apartment. That's closer to two hours for about the same distance.

Fucking ludicrous. At least I can sit in my car and listen to Stern on XM.

Oh, yeah, those are two things I've come to appreciate from driving brand-new cars every week -- free SiriusXM and Howard Stern. The Stern show is fucking insane, it's like RT in a sense. Stern is also the best interviewer on the radio.

Ugh, School is 47miles from my house.... All at ~65mph listening to my stupid muffler. 50min drive light traffic, 1.5 hours on Tuesday. Stupid accidents in rush hour. At least I only have school 2 days a week.
