$105k into a car that makes "520hp at the crank"? So, realistically, it's a ~440WHP money pit.

Still, it appears to be a very well-maintained, well-sorted car for the money. If you could chew him down to $13k, you'd have an affordable, quick car. That is, it will be when you're not spending more time fixing it.
