Feel bad, wanted to help a coworker get his car inspected, but nothing has been going right for the guy. Can't use my scanner to help set readiness because his phone won't connect, roads are horrid out so he can't set readiness by going 60mph, etc.

and 60's for sleeping unless i can lie in, then it doesn't matter
