The ECM I had was toast. The eBay one was just installed and left as is. The mechanic had a brilliant idea of getting a guy to reprogram the chip in the key to mate with the ECM rather than a reflash. I would've never thought of that.

Thanks CJ, so stoked to get the car legal now and slam it again with the wheels. Still need to do that fender harness tuck though.
