Buddy is building a cafe bike. He leaves for basic in 2 months. He said he is going to leave the bike at my place until he gets his first assignment. 1. the mechanic put your ECM in another car and it ran, which means the ECM is fine, and test was a bust?

2. or he put your ECM in another running car, and it wouldnt run, meaning your ECM was busted?
