I use it in with the fuel, I would never mix it with oil, especially with a turbocharged engine. If it isn't purely a lubricant, it doesn't belong in the crank case.

I've pulled it into the intake manifold through a vacuum hose. This being said it was on my old Subarus and Volvos, not a nice car.
