If I bought something cheap, it would be around 5-7k. If I got a loan it would be up to 25k. Id probably do very little if I were to buy something more expensive. Upgrade the stereo and probably lower it on wheels and call it a day. If I buy something cheaper, it wont be a bucket of shit. So Id be able to do any mods I want since Id be able to afford anything. I just dont know if I want the monthly payment plus the higher insurance

your commute to work is short, you don't need some ultra low mile reliable 10-year plan car,

you will have money to move around however you like

if all hell breaks loose, you just dump the car back on craigs or set it on fire and leave to then next state in pursuit of luck

your losses on the cheap car wont be a penny more than the interest on a new car
