oh you know. fist payday since before Xmas, and there aint shit deposited in my account. Im just hoping that when I go into work they have a check waiting and tell me that direct deposit takes longer than I thought to go into effect

thats what Im figuring. I havent had a real job in quite some time. I remember them saying the direct deposit takes like a month to set up or some shit

hourly checks biweekly, commission check on the 15th

You're probably not in yet, then. Typically the first check takes twice as long, my better half had the same thing happen to her at her current place of employment.

Not getting paid for a month fucking blows. But then you get that one, big-ass check.

I need to get paid today lol. I cant go another 2 weeks, I'll be late all all my bills. This is the paycheck for the first complete pay period I worked. So I had better get something. Or else I'll burn the building down and throw the remains into the woods
