Mostly melted unfortunately. It's 35* here now, was up to 40 yesterday.

i can't wait man, i'm really fed up with my desk job

tho being an electrician is gonna be temporary (i hope), year or 5 or so

my big plan is to start buying small houses and appartments, fix them all up, part from plumming i can do a lot of things myself, and resell with a (small) profit

The reno thing is a good job to do, coz if you can do it yourself you can make some good money, it just takes time and you end up with like a pay day once in 3 months. So it is something to undertake if you have a nice amount to savings to live off in between the "pay days"

yup i know

start small, and at first only in weekends and evenings

untill i saved up enough money, that i can survive a couple of months without pay


it's just the plumbing that i know nothing off, but that isn't too hard, if you don't have to make calculations and stuff

also my friend has a paint shop and crew, so if i can make a deal with him, that his crew come and paint after it's bought (as an extra service)

the first 5 or so years sparky and some reno

then hopefully only reno and work for myself

and do some sparky on the side or so

i know an older dude who want to stop, but one of his clients is a horse thingy (where you learn to ride and stuff), and maybe i can take over that part of his business (all those wealthy clients haha)
