No diesel Maxima. The crank in the diesel shares the main and rod journals with the L28 in the Z cars. Adding the crank from the Maxima bumps it to 3.1 liter from 2.8. Then I bore the block .040 over to fit KA24 Pistons.

I'm following a guy that's also working on adapting a crossflow head for the L series engine.

Oh you meant you were getting the L28D crank. They come in a fair few cars, was confused by the maxima thing.
