I think people are going to try, then fail.
No one stupid enough to pay almost 30k for a 25 year old beat car is going to have said 30k.

Because no bank is going to give you a loan for a 25 year old car from japan.
So that means cash only, and that drastically lowers the buying crowd.

For $30k I'd want one that has either original Kms with under 40k on the clock, or one with a built motor
