Back when I thought I was bad in my lexus, I would show up to the local indoor kart spot with my buddies. the parking lot would be scattered with 18 year old Asians with the newest gen STi's, Toyotas, nissans. with race seats, engine mods and wheels that I was just starting to understand. Blew my mind.

I wouldn't buy a stock GTR, it isn't the oil pickup that is the problem it is the oil restrictor collar.

The R32s pump way too much oil into the head at high RPM, and the oil can not drain fast enough back into the sump causing starvation.

The R33 GTR RB26 had a crank collar fitted that restricts the oil flow to the head and fixes that issue.

So the car to buy would be either an R32 GTR with a built motor or one with a late model RB26 swap.
