Home Loan is a completely different thing though.

I for one can't wait to have my own place.

Been window shopping at properties with a big backyard and/or shed, so a minimum of 5 cars can be stored.

Don't even have a full time job, but yeah I'd be up for a $350k loan to afford something like that

A 2-car shop is a minimum for you. Another thing to remember- you can always build a bigger shop later on. That's probably what I'll end up doing.
