Dave have you ever heard of anyone bagging a URs car? I have found 1 guy who did it. He said it went custom front control arms but wouldnt say why or what he did that makes them custom vs a tubular stock size.

all i know about old VW/Audi is that they use a strut insert that is in a housing thats welded to the front spindles from OEM. And because of the AWD, they are probably mounted stupid high. so they probably had to make custom shit to mount onto the new housings that Im sure they had to make also (unless they used airlift universals)

Maybe I am not thinking of it right. But I wouldnt see the need for a different control arm.

1967 Chevy 4wd. It's that classic light metallic blue. Guy's had a for sale sign on it for a couple years for 2000. Never sold and now the house is for sale. Gonna try to tempt him with 600 and my old dirtbike.
