Got a bmw phone with a really badass e38 armrest for 5 bucks at the yard yesterday, yes I am installing the phone too in my car

I have a phone in my audi but I took it out as I would rathee have a center console than a non working phone

Funny thing is this one actually has more storage than the non phone armrest that's in my car now

What I got



Only picture that I could find that showed the storage

Its shit, the whole thing is plastic an I usually have my elbow on the armrest so it just falls into that stupid little coin tray in the middle.

The e38 one is real leather and it locks into position and stuff. its really nice.

Plus I could get an old iphone and do this:

Have a little mini touchscreen that I can run an obd2 app or music or nav on

Funny thing is this one actually has more storage than the non phone armrest that's in my car now
