There is a local toolbox who swears up, down, left, and right that his Saaburu is going to dominate in SCCA Rally this year. He's never raced in the snow, and he's only been in Rochester for about 6 months.

I will proceed to make him cry this year in a FWD Honda that I'm co-driving.
