Not much.
Had some earlier hours for work today (7-3:30 instead of 12:30-9) so I'm finally relaxing.
Got home from work, did some shit, then went to the gym. Yesterday was legs so I stretched them out for like 10 minutes to loosen then up, then dd a pull up, push up, dip circuit. Did 30 mins on the bike, more push ups and pull ups, than sat in the suauna for a bit.
Made some food, now I'm fucking spent. Hot tub later for sure.Comment

Forgo to mention when I got home from the gym the damn power was out.
You wanna take about rage mode.....
Took me literally 15 minutes to find the damn number for the electric company. Called them, they said it wouldn't be back on til like 10 pm. Raged more.
Was getting ready to order a salad from a pizzeria since I couldn't make some stir fry, then boom, power came back.
Took a much needed shower and ended the rage.
