I asked for a 24-spot breaker box- I get 20.
I asked for all of the rotted and water damaged fascia boards to get fixed- I get a scab of an end cap glued on.
I asked for flashing to be fixed- I get a piece of flashing and three drops of caulk.

Now, I threaten legal action.

PS Chris! You need to take care of that asap! The rains will eat threw that! Also that roof area needs work asap! All the water will just hit against that roof wall and make its way down the cracks and down your walls! (I was a roofer for 2 years)


For now some roofing gell will hold up... Not sure if you want to apply anything tho if u will sue....
