        i dont think anyone in that video lifted with weights on the bar. at crossfit they use foam discs that are the same diameter of a real weight so they can lift off the floor

              That should be pretty easily attainable with just minimal strength training, a little cardio, and most importantly, a really good diet.

              I do a lot of cardio.

              12 minutes every morning when i get to the gym on the stairmaster to get warmed up. Then 15-20 minutes after working out. Either bike, elliptical, running, or stairmaster again. I try to change it up all the time.

              Weds is a full cardio day (about an hours worth) and they I usually walk/run 2.5-3 miles on the weekends.

              Looks like they should use foam bars too. A 45 lb bar looks like it's too heavy.

                    • I need to start p90x again. I have lost 5 lbs since thursday since I havent eaten much. I am going to use that as a jumpstart when the swelling is my face is finally gone.

                        Being lean is 30% gym and 70% diet.

                        Here is my current diet:

                        6:45 am:
                        -Apple
                        -Whey protein shake w/ water
                        - 1 tablespoon peanut butter (crunchy)

                        7:30 am:
                        -Lift and cardio

                        9:45 am (Postworkout meal):
                        -1 whey shake w/ 8 oz skim milk
                        -5 egg whites, 3 whole eggs
                        -2/3 cup oatmeal made with water. Only put cinnamon on it. No sugar
                        -Might sneak another little bit of peanut butter. lol

                        11:45 am
                        -Casein protein shake
                        -couple almonds

                        2:15 pm
                        -2 cups broccoli
                        -8oz chicken (chicken on lift days, 4 oz tuna on cardio day and weekends)

                        4:30 pm
                        -1/2 whey 1/2 Casein shake

                        6:30 pm
                        -10 oz chicken
                        -1 cup brown rice
                        -2 cups broccoli or 1 cup string beans

                        Before bed:
                        -Casein shake

                        Once I get a little leaner I'll have a full cheat and rest day. Until then, I do something cardio everyday and eat basically like that.
