i dont think anyone in that video lifted with weights on the bar. at crossfit they use foam discs that are the same diameter of a real weight so they can lift off the floorOriginally posted by mrg7243 View PostKey part there was drop the weights as hard as possible and walk off.

That should be pretty easily attainable with just minimal strength training, a little cardio, and most importantly, a really good diet.Originally posted by Jlyons617 View PostI just need to find a workout that will help me lose 15lbs.
I do a lot of cardio.Originally posted by Average_Jerk View Postcardio, never once
lol
I **** everything about it.
12 minutes every morning when i get to the gym on the stairmaster to get warmed up. Then 15-20 minutes after working out. Either bike, elliptical, running, or stairmaster again. I try to change it up all the time.
Weds is a full cardio day (about an hours worth) and they I usually walk/run 2.5-3 miles on the weekends.

Looks like they should use foam bars too. A 45 lb bar looks like it's too heavy.Originally posted by Average_Jerk View Posti dont think anyone in that video lifted with weights on the bar. at crossfit they use foam discs that are the same diameter of a real weight so they can lift off the floor
