I got awarded 20 hours of annual leave and I get 6 hours every pay period

I get 2.5 days for every month. I think I have something like 45-50 days of vacation saved up. That reminds me. I should probably take a good chunk of time off.

When I used to work in the casino, this one custodian accumulated over 500 hours of paid time off cos he never took any vacation for as long as he was working there.

He cashed it all out... It was just shy of $4k!!

So the casino made a policy shortly after that. You could only accumulate 250 hours, and you have to leave 80 hours in if you cash some out.

Nah dude. If I play it right, I don't have to take weekends or I get an extra few days on top of what I take off. Sick time is totally different. Doesn't count against my leave.
