Definitely lower property taxes. In my current area (in MD), a house this new/this big would be somewhere around $600k if not more.

I'm having a shitty day too, my water pump pulley broke in half and took out my serpentine belt with it and I can't get my goddamn fan clutch loose to replace it. What sucks even more is that its chilling in some parking lot across town so I don't have power tools or air and people look at me weird when I go over there and try to fix it
