Sup. Just murdered the gym. Got to get ready for work in a few.
Did chest, tri's, and some ab work today. 2-5 rep range (except for abs, 6 reps as heavy as you could go (Cable crunch)). Cardio in between every set and finished off with some sprints. Feeling like a million bucks right now.
Also, Optimum Nutrition needs to sell Protein in 5 gallon buckets. Just sayin
