Just venting after a huge argument with a complete retard.
So story is. Dude drives an E46 wagon. The car is lowered on springs only. Then the springs are bound down with some sort of strap. (Which is probably one of the stupidest and most unsafe things ever.) I commented about it telling him how his car is unsafe and (stupid looking. on pink wheels.)
My problem is, I'm sick and tired of people doing stuff like this to their cars. Things that are unsafe, stupid, and basically ruin the car.
What makes it worse is these kids think it's justified because "fuck the ******" or "it's my car I do what I want" there's a fine line between doing something a little different with your car and doing things that are down right stupid and unsafe. Sticker bomb all the crap you want I don't care. But what happens when that spring breaks loose? Some one is gonna get hurt.
I mean sure I cut my springs. but at the same time I trimmed my bump stops and rolled fenders and such to insure the car still drives right.
Am I just being ridiculous or is the car world just going south?
