What's with al those bots lately?

Seeing alot of bots posting lately, copying parts of, or the entire message from someone else. What is the reason behind that, it isn't really spam, just very annoying?

Can't think of a reason why they are just posting copies...

They try to post pictures or links in their sigs that lead to one of their websites. It's a really dumb way of spamming, especially since they can't even post the pictures correctly.

We delete them as fast as we see them though; I alone probably ban 10 or so accounts a day. If they get really bad or you see them not being addressed, feel free to report them.
