Sucks to hear, but that seems to be a common issue with les schwab. They're just horrible to deal with, even more so with a modified car. I had an alignment tech there tell me that he couldn't align my car because it was "too stiff." Pretty rediculous.

One of the big reasons that I started my own shop, to give proper service to enthusiasts and regular consumers alike.
