It started in Europe 4 years ago and has since grown to have 2 routes in the USA as of last year. Each event sells out completely , right now even the reserve list for Europe is full!
Included at every stop is a massive party for all Modballers and sponsors!
Also of course accomidation in 4 star W hotels is included.
Its $995 per person and that Includes all of the above , full sticker pack for the car that enters , VIP into every event along the rally , sponsorship packs, Media coverage and tons more.

Didn't the guys from the show Jackass do modball a few years ago? For some reason I remember seeing that. Could have been something different though...

Well it's certainly much more affordable than gumball at least in entry fees. A friends team that ran the Gumball ran up 20k in bail, tickets, and legal retainers through almost the same route. You won't catch me on a rally through VA or SC anytime soon , I'll stick to the backroads rod runs/poker runs here in TN/KY where I don't risk spending the night in jail for breaking into tripple digit speeds.

and jackass did the gumball in europe
around $47k for both continents this year.
$19k for the North American or European portion alone.
After the trouble they had coming down the eastern coast in 2002 they have seemingly avoided those states in recent years and I doubt they'll run that route again. They didn't have nearly that much trouble in TX, NV, AZ, AR (TN gave them a THP police escort from knoxville to graceland). I've also noticed they have started donating healthy portions of the entry fees to charitys such as the wounded warrior project last year, which seems to grease the wheels in the court of public opinion a little.
