I have a mint condition e39 m5 in my possession, however I cannot register the vehicle legally because of a NON-REPAIRABLE branding title. The car was exposed to a very small amount of water and because of this has been branded the way it is. All flood and fire damaged vehicles become non-repairable, which is complete non-sense.
The car turns over every time and has absolutely no damage as a result of the water exposure. Are there designated people I can talk to about my issue? What should be my next step towards getting my car back on the road?
