so i might be moving out to Pennsylvania here soon for a job. i was wondering what it's like out their and the car scene. is their emission standards out their any laws against slammin a car ect, you guys know the b/s im talking about so fill me in. im currently in Grand Junction,CO working in the oil and gas industry and am moving up thier for the same industry.

there is laws about all that. for being low your ground to the bottom on the headlight must be 24 inches or more, you tire cannot be within 1/2 inch of the fender, emissions not sure but pretty standard. im breaking all of them, cops by me don't really care at all. they aren't too strict, i don't think you should have anything to worry about. roads are shitty, the only thing id say is if you are confortable with your height then your fine. the lower you are the higher chance you will mess up your body/wheels/etc. just find your ways around the bad roads :p
