Which car was/is the fastest car in your high school parking lot?

Saw this on another thread and decided to give it a try. Which car was the faster or is the fastest in your high school parking lot. For me, it's my friends 02 RSX. Mostly lifted trucks around my town

high school was a long time ago, but let me see if i can remember.


there was a kid with a ws6 trans-am, built 383ci sbc, with a 76mm turbo. put down about 725whp. that kids dad had a viper acr that was twin turbo'd, no idea how much power it had.


there was another kid that had a civic hatch (94 i think) with a built turbo'd b20, dyno'd 470hp.


i had a 1980 chevy malibu 4dr, 383ci, edelbrock performer cam, heads, and intake, dynomax longtubes, th350 w/shift kit and 3200stall, 3.73's out back. i lost to everything because i didn't have a posi rear, so it would do 900ft burnouts with one tire. i didn't care, it was fun as hell.


there was also a kid with a 2500 ram, with the 12v cummins. it made 550hp/1377tq, no idea what mods.

Some jagoff bought a Firehawk at my high school.

And had it converted to automatic because he couldn't drive stick.

Yeah, it was definitely the fastest car in the lot, but his reverse lights came on every time he went into drive, so it wasn't the sturdiest of trans swaps.
