WHY THE FUCK does it always rain RIGHT after I wash my car.

And I should include that washing my car means:

Rinse it down.
2 bucket technique on each quarter.
rinse it down.
wash wheels.
air compressor to get most water off.
wipe down every last spot with a towel.
quick detail.
tire shine.
fin.

i mean...no big deal. I'll just quick detail it after the rain stops but

Your definition of washing the car is somewhat similar to mine;

*- Rinse
*- Two-bucket method [; for whole car tho]
*- Rinse again
*- Wash wheels [; & apply tire dressing]
*- Wipe down with rag cloth
*- Clean plastic trim [;Black Chrome polish]
*- Quick polish [; Auto Glym super resin polish]
*- Wipe down again with polishing cloth
*- Clean windows
*- & finally vacuum interior and wipe down leather

& yes; it always rains the day after I wash my car.

washing the wheels first is ftw. That way if you get any overspray or any crap on your car during that process, it comes off with the washing of the car.

I wash my car religiously (except this week... it's been in the single digit degrees at night and highs in the upper 20's/low 30's), and it always rains within two days of doing it.

Regardless, you're lucky its just rain, not snow like we have 4" of everywhere.
