Possible BMW 7-Series Score!! Need Advice!!

So, I was out and about and came accross this little beauty chillin in the back corner of a parking lot. The tags have been expired for about 9 months, it has a flat tire, and I'm assuming it doesn't run. I tried knocking on a few doors in the area to see if anyone owned it, but noone answeres their doors anymore, lol. So, what do you guys think? Do you think I could get this for under a grand? My dad keeps telling me that BMW's are a HUGE headache to get running and costs lots of $$$. Would it even be worht my time? I would LOVE to see this thing bagged someday sittin on some BBS Meshies. MMmmmmmmm.....

so, just left a note on the windshield. Really hope I hear back, cuz this car deserves soooooo much more!! Oh, and I realize it's already got BBS Meshies, I just meant some that are a little wider with more poke and step-lip goodness.
