Recently moved away from torrents and moved onto newsgroup...and I must say WELL worth it. I have really been missing out. No more needing to seed, and keeping up with ratios FTW!! Maxing out my connection at all times FTWx2 as well!

what is newsgroup??? I just recently got my computer and have been DLing hella bluray movies from thepiratebay.org
It sounds crazy and confusing but in reality its not.
The ONLY down side is there's a monthly cost for your own server. But it's only like 11$ a month. Some sites cost as well but they're like 1 time fee, all in all it's well worth it.
I don't gotta keep ratios, seeds, or upload anything at all. Leech all you want.
You get direct connection downloads, the download caps out whatever your bandwidth is as well. My internet is Time Warner/Road Runner with Download Speed: 21290 kbps (2661.3 KB/sec transfer rate) and I'll actually download around 2.6mb/s. It's great cause I download a lot of HD movies which are like 5gb-50gb files and seeding those back is a major PITA with a 2mb/s upstream.
