  • Any one ever make a 35mm adapter for their camcorder?

I'm about to go to the store and pick some stuff up, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips and tricks they would like to share?

Be interested in this. What camcorder are you using? And what lenses are you going to adapt? Cost of this VS just buying a Letus or RedRock??

trying to make a decent one for under $75 Letus and red rocks are around $500 I think. I'm going for my 50mm in the beginning but any nikon lens should work.

Didn't check, only because I know to buy one is at least $100 for a static one.

I'm probably going to just end up buying this,

specially because I got JB weld on the screen inside. But the one I'm working on cost all of $10 to make. But it's static, and probably wont work. haha.

Well, like the 35mm lens, it does still change how things look.

Last time I looked the Letus ones were like $1300

Now for that price plus a camcorder you can pick up a 7D and join the other cool kids

                  Maybe one day I will

Please do. I haven't seen any this cheap before so I'm curious to know the real world tested limits. Do you know what lens(es) you'll be using?
