I wasn't sure what section this would belong in, and I'm sure others would be interested in a car that would meet a specific requirement - so here goes!
I, like many others in this forum, am quite particular about cars. I've recently been looking at a new daily driver to replace mine. I've started to compile a list of requirements that the car needs to have and would like YOU S|W to help me out
1. Needs to be newer than 2000
2. Needs to have less than 142,000 kms on the clock
3. Needs to have some power when I want it, preferably a V6. But a punchy 4cyl is fine.
4. All the modern comforts. Air con, power everything.
5. Has to look good low/stanced. Example: A Ford Falcon doesn't look good stanced.
6. Price range is anything up to around $15,000 but $10,000ish or less is preferable.
7. Something Japanese is nice.
Whatever I end up getting will be riding on bags. I have access to a paint and panel shop - so body condition and modifications are easy.
At the moment, a winner for me is a 2004-ish Nissan Maxima
It's got leather, sunroof, fits into the VIP crowd and looks nice low. Here's a photoshop I did.
Opinions on cars I could check out would be appreciated! Any personal stories on owning them would be great as well. I just want a few ideas on what I could look at

The corolla is awesome. I vote maxima too, all along they've had fantastic engines and look decent stock.
