i just went to for my dental check up and i had perfect gums and teeth. as for the dip is for hicks and gum disease, thats for people who dont take care of thier teeth. my hockey coach has been doing it for 40+ years and only has 2 fillings thats it. its not doing it thats the problem, its the way your take care of your self while doing it.
