If I remember my sophmore history correctly, they had made at least one, but it was so heavy it sunk into what ever ground it was on

ive been looking for more info on it, i couldnt find much on it except they were 1/3 of the way done before it got deemed "unusable". this tank had too much of everything to make it effective, but i still love the idea =)
