Manchester, UK Car Meets

Hey people,

It's been 5 months since my arrival at Manchester, and it seems as the car scene here is not as big as I expected it to be. Anyone from the UK who knows whether they hold meetings in car parks or anything? Anything would be nice, cheers.

P.s I've seen a few dropped rides around, and it sparked my interest - if it wasn't for that I wouldn't be asking

I wouldn't know without looking on all the crappy 'cruise manchester' or something websites.

Keep your eye on the UK section, in a couple of months we will be starting up the UK meets once again

Nice Where's the usual spots? It doesn't have to be Manchester, I can afford a train ticket to another city.I'd be nice meeting some people, no only chatting in forums lol

The scene around Manchester seems to consist mostly of the 'boy racer' type. There's a forum based club called 'Kroozin' North West' (I never bothered to join up because I throw up a little bit every time I read the name), here's a link to the forum; http://kroozinnorthwest.co.uk/

Victoria Park mate, yeah seen a few "hardcore racers" around and boy what a laugh that was! Had a look on the website as well, nothing big. You in Manc as well?

Don't know that area, I'm in Stockport, south Manc. The KNW normally have a monthly in Macclesfield, not sure when it is but other than that I don't know of any meets/shows etc. in the area, bit lame to be honest.
