I wouldn't even think of selling Stance|Works keychains without getting approval first, I have too much respect for them to do that. I was only asking about the BLQ design since I'm not sure if wheel designs can be copyrighted, I don't know why they wouldn't be able to but what with all the reps and similar designs out there I'm just not sure. Plus the fact that "my design" isnt being used as a wheel but instead as a flat keychain so even if they do hold a copyright I might still be in the clear to use it, guess I'll have to do a little research.

Oh and if I am able to get permission here is the design:

Not yet but hopefully in the next couple of days!

If I have it listed for sale than it's already made and should only take 1-3 days to have it shipped out, I wait till I have a few orders in before shipping so I'm not running to the post office every day

What do you guys think about the BLQ design, is it a copyright deal or am I safe to make and sell these keychains? I know I could ask the guys at Rotiform but if there isnt a copyright issue I have to worry about then I'd rather not bother them haha.

I've heard that but haven't ever seen the Lambo wheel, also does that mean I'm in the clear to use this design or do I now have to negotiate with Lamborghini? haha
